Today, the veterinary education system in Ukraine is in constant struggle with the Russian aggressor. In the conditions of martial law, the teachers of our department, which trains veterinary medicine doctors under the educational program “Diseases of small domestic animals” in the “Veterinary Medicine” specialty, teach educational components online using distance learning tools. One such necessary means is computer equipment with video equipment, in particular, personal laptops with a built-in web camera. One of the teachers of our department, a practicing veterinary medicine pathologist, associate professor Andriy Viktorovych Zakharyev, currently needs to purchase a personal laptop with a web camera for teaching the applicants – future doctors of veterinary medicine.
We ask USAVA to help our department – purchase this device for the teacher at the funds of the association. This will ensure the continuity of education and protect our department from disruption of the educational process in the conditions of war with the Russian aggressor.
